Technical Support Engineer (Hybrid in Rousset-France or remote)

Technical support to the sales team on technical request from customers for the all-product portfolio.
Provide technical support to the sales team to create new business opportunities.
Help the sales team to identify new customer needs and technically support them to provide an additive solution.
Collect and understand the customer’s needs, technical requirements, through the sales team or through joined discussions with the customers.
Support the sales team for the promotion of our additives.
Management of specific customer technical projects.
Provide technical input to the R&D Laboratory in Japan.
Coordinate the technical work done in the R&D Laboratory in Japan.
Gather new market needs through customer discussions and help to develop the additive solution.
Hard skills: Master of Science in Chemistry or in Plastics.
Soft skills: Fluency in English and German. Additional languages would be advantageous. Specific technical experience with flame retardants, nucleating agents.
